Song Availability

Song availability, arrangements, and keys are subject to change without notice. A listed song does not guarantee same-day performance availability at every event.

Free Admission

Admission to the River Idol Summer Residency at Swabbies On The River is free — no tickets, cover charge, or reservation is required to attend or to sign up to sing. Food and drink are sold separately by the venue. Signing up does not guarantee a performance slot; the host manages the rotation to fit the night, and aims to give every signed-up singer at least one turn.

Table Seating

All table seating at Swabbies On The River is completely free and available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure a table under the oak canopy, especially on warm summer evenings when the patio fills up quickly.

Promotional Use

Promoters and venues may use approved logos, bios, and promotional images solely to promote a confirmed event involving River Idol.

Licensing

The organizer or venue is responsible for obtaining any venue-side licenses, permits, and approvals required for the event, including any public performance licensing obligations applicable to the event format and repertoire.
