Accessibility Statement
River Idol is working to make this website usable by people with disabilities. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA are our target. This statement describes our current approach; it is not a certification or a guarantee that every page or feature meets that target.
Current Approach
- Use semantic HTML and a structured heading order in current page templates
- Build interactive controls to work with a keyboard and show a visible focus indicator
- Include skip navigation links
- Work toward sufficient color contrast throughout the site
- Honor reduced-motion preferences in supported components
- Associate visible labels with form controls
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
Known Limitations
A formal accessibility audit and hands-on testing of the newer song-selection and release flow with representative screen readers, voice input, zoom/reflow, and keyboard-only navigation are still pending. There may be barriers we have not identified yet.
The Contact and Requests forms submit in the browser. If a submission fails, each form offers an email fallback. You can also email hello@riveridol.com.
Feedback
If you encounter accessibility barriers on our site, please contact us or use the email address above. Please describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, and the assistive technology or browser you used if you are comfortable sharing that information. We will review accessibility reports and use them to prioritize fixes.
